We offer a wide variety of both recycled and upcycled products. Recycled materials including wood, aluminum, tires, and glass can be found in almost category of our website, many of which are also made in the USA. Upcycled products are products that are made from manufacturing waste. While the materials may be "new" they are materials from the production of other products that would have normally ended up in a landfill. Both recycled and upcycled products show the innovation of the manufacturer and their strong commitment to finding creative ways to help us save the planet.

Fair Trade

"Fair Trade" is an organized social movement and market based approach to empowering developing country producers by paying fair wages to workers while promoting sustainability. In June 2008, it was estimated that over 7.5 million disadvantaged producers and their families were benefiting from fair trade funded infrastructure, technical assistance and community development projects.

Eco-Friendly

We take great pride in researching, to the best of our ability, all of our items to ensure that they are eco-friendly. From bamboo to bioplastics that take no longer than six months to return to the earth. Even if a bioplastic product is broken, split or cracked beyond use, no more worrying about how to recycle the plastic in an environmentally conscious manner. Bioplastic products come in a wide range of colors, shapes and sizes to meet the same needs and aesthetic value as those proposed by traditional plastics including dishware/kitchenware and pots. Made from the pulp of bamboo as well as other agricultural residues such as corn pulp, this stable and sustainable technology lends for a brighter human future. Biodegradable pots made come with the very latest in modern technology and research, using only environmentally friendly production. Bacteria, water and carbon dioxide do the composting of biodegradable plastic within 6 months as it is 100% natural. Bioplastics are hygienic, suitable for use with foods, can withstand temperature of up to 180 Celsius and can be frozen.

As one of the world's most versatile and environmentally-friendly materials, bamboo has been used as the perfect natural resource for thousands of years. And because bamboo requires no fertilizers, pesticides or insecticides to grow, bamboo clothing has NO harmful chemical residues to irritate your skin.

Bamboo is one of the most prolific plants (it's actually considered a grass) on the planet. Some varieties can grow up to 4 feet a day! Once cut a bamboo plant is fully mature in 3 to 4 years and ready to be harvested. Compared to a similar strand of trees bamboo absorbs 45% more carbon dioxide from the air. Bamboo can even improve soil quality in places where erosion and degradation of the natural minerals has occurred. It needs very little water to grow, which means it can thrive in a variety of climates without depleting water supplies.

In addition to our products, our company strives to make a difference itself.

• We encourage our employees to give back by giving them 2 extra weeks of vacation to be used to volunteer for humanitarian projects.
• We use only recycled paper for anything that we must print.
• We recycle all of our received cardboard boxes as well as use recycled cardboard boxes and environmentally friendly tape to ship your product to you.
• We try to drop ship as many products as we can straight to you from the manufacturer to cut down on wasteful shipping.
• We currently offset all of our electrical usage by purchasing wind credits from the electric company.
  
• We find a way to recycle or reuse just about everything that we touch.
