YOUR ORDEROnce you make a purchase, your order will leave our warehouse promptly, generally within 3 business days. Cost of shipment will be calculated during purchase and check out. If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, you can purchase it and wait for notification upon its availability or send us an email requesting that we notify you when it is back in stock. In most cases, products that are on back order ship within 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email notification confirming your order as well as an email with your UPS shipment information so you can keep track of your order. |

SHIPPINGAll orders are shipped UPS. Shipments cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes or outside of the United States & Canada. As indicated in our Terms And Conditions, all items are shipped f.o.b. our warehouse, meaning that title to such items as well as the risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. |

TAXAs required by law, all items shipped to addresses within the state of Nevada will be taxed at the appropriate rate. No sales tax will be applied to items that are shipped outside of Nevada. |

RETURNSAt TahoeBlu we are passionate about the items that we carry. It may come as no surprise that you will find many of them in our own homes and worn by our own children. So if you are not completely satisfied please feel free to return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days. As we constantly strive to exceed your expectations, please let us know why you were dissatisfied so that we can continue to make our product selection the best in the market. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or opened. All acceptable refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase less shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 days from the time we receive the item to inspect the contents and process your return. In order to return your purchase, please follow the following procedures:
